WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive a confirming email. Each print is made to order. The printing is overseen by the individual photographer, by his preferred printer. In order to ensure complete quality, each image is given several steps of quality assurance. We anticipate that every print will arrive within four to
six weeks of your order, and we almost always deliver more quickly. All shipments are insured. We are providing a bespoke service, your print will be of the utmost quality and made for you.

DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS?

We want you to be a lifelong customer of Outtake Gallery, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the print you buy from Outtake Gallery, return it in the same condition you received it, and we will provide you credit for another purchase. We do not issue cash or credit card refunds.

WHAT IS AN ESTATE STAMP?

In the event an Outtake Gallery photographer is not living, we are working with his estate directly to offer his images. The estate will oversee the printing process and add the estate stamp to ensure authenticity.

WILL YOU BE OFFERING MORE PHOTOGRAPHS?

The Outtake Gallery is different from other galleries. Our focus is not on quantity. We prefer rarity over ubiquity. We specialize in the never before seen. Additionally many of the edition sizes we offer are smaller than those offered by most other music photography galleries. That all being said, yes, we will be adding new images regularly. We will add you to our mailing list to keep you up to date on all new additions.
